Our apartment is located in one of the most beautiful XIX century building of that street in Saint Germain des Pres, and it's one of the most elegant addresses in Paris, the prestige Rue de Seine. It is on the second floor without elevator onto court yard.
The location is excellent as only couple of minutes from Odeon and Mabillon stations.
The two most famous coffee shops, Cafe Flore and Cafe deaux Mago are both located about two blocks away from the apartment. There must be at least 100 restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. The famous pastery shops, Pierre Herme and Gerard Mulot are just in few minutes. The daily market on Rue de Buci, specialty shops, cafes, bistros, restaurants and boutiques are right on your doorstep. If you wish to buy your own food the marche is just around the corner and grocery store, Carrefour, is in few minutes away.
  
Rue de Seine is within close proximity and within easy walking distance to the Seine, Notre Dame and the Louvre, and a short stroll to Place St Michel and the excitement of the Latin Quarter. You can visit the Luxembourg Gardens historic area in a short distance. This lovely apartment is in a prime location and within walking distance to all of the main Parisian landmarks.
