Welcome!

We are a professional couple living in the San Francisco Bay Area.  We enjoy traveling for business and pleasure, and have decided to own properties in this beautiful city, Paris.  

We have two fully furnished apartments in Paris and would like to rent them for long term basis. 

The one bedroom apartment is located in Rue de Seine in 6th district with the beautiful old building, close to the Marche St. Germain and St. Germain Blvd.  This apartment was renovated fully in 2010 with chic Parisian style and modern kitchen and bathroom.  It’s in the heart of Left Bank, yet very quiet apartment.  
 

The another apartment has two-bedroom with two-bathroom located in the prestigious historical building on Rue de Rivoli, close to Tuileries Garden and the Louvre.  The apartment was completely renovated in 2015 with Parisian style and modern appliances.  This apartment is facing to the court yard and offers very quiet even in the city center with famous street.

The both apartments have an elegant Parisian style and all the comfort necessary for your living in Paris.  Note that those apartments are not allowed smoking and pets.

We hope that renting with our apartments will evoke both luxury and style, and make your living with our apartment a memorable and comfortable one.

Our one bedroom apartment is located on the left bank of the River Seine and in St. Germain area.  As a heart of Left Bank, this area has lots of good restaurants, café and chic shops. here.

Another apartment with 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom is located on the right bank of the River Seine and in the Louvre and St. Honore area.  This location is in the city center and close to many monuments and attractions.
